Monteverde Law Firm Opens Inquiry Into Four Merger Deals

New York-based class action attorney Juan Monteverde and his firm Monteverde & Associates PC announced an inquiry into four publicly traded companies — Synaptics (SYNA), Capital Bancorp (CBNK), SoundThinking (SSTI), and Ocugen (OCLT) — over concerns related to their respective merger or acquisition transactions.
Monteverde & Associates, which describes itself as an M&A class action specialist, said it has recovered millions of dollars for shareholders in prior cases.
